Douglas planted Creek Community Church in 2024. He has been a pastor at churches in Kansas, Illinois, and Minnesota before coming to Wisconsin. He is married to Emily and they have two daughters. He has his Master of Divinity and Master of Theological Studies from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Douglas wants to see the Gospel go to places it hasn't reached and see lost people's lives changed by Christ.
